Initial Consultation

We begin with a consultation to learn more about your child, your concerns, and your goals. During this conversation, we’ll discuss your situation, answer any initial questions, and determine the appropriate scope of review based on your child’s records and your concerns.

Following the consultation, we’ll provide instructions for submitting your child’s documents and the process to schedule a feedback session.

Documentation Review & Recommendation Development

This is the period of time where we will review your child’s records. This could include, but is not limited to:

  • Your child’s current IEP and/or 504 Plan

  • The most recent school case study evaluation

  • Other documentation such as private evaluations, BIPs, and standardized testing.

  • Identify strengths, gaps, and areas for consideration

Please allow approximately two weeks for document review before your feedback appointment.

Feedback Session & Written Summary

During our feedback session we will:

  • Provide expert recommendations and suggestions which can include identifying strengths, gaps, and areas for consideration.

  • Provide a written summary of findings and recommendations

Levels of Review & Pricing

Because every child’s educational needs and documentation are different, we offer multiple levels of review and support.
During the Initial Consultation, we’ll discuss your concerns, learn more about your child’s situation, and determine the most appropriate review option based on the scope and complexity of the records involved.

Comprehensive IEP/504 Review Package

Includes review of the current IEP or 504 Plan and the most recent school evaluation, followed by a feedback session and written summary.

Initial Consultation: $75
IEP/504 Plan Document Review: $350
Total Investment: $425

Additional Documents Review Package

Includes everything in the Comprehensive IEP/504 Review Package, plus review of additional documents such as private evaluations, FBA/BIPs, medical reports, and other supporting records.

Initial Consultation: $75
